The Russian port of Ust-Luga has resumed crude oil shipments after disruptions from Ukrainian drone attacks, Bloomberg says. The Aframax-class tanker Jewel began loading crude on April 4, following a halt in operations due to intensified strikes on energy facilities in late March.
