Belarusian border guards were killed by a mine left behind by Russian troops during their retreat from the Chernobyl nuclear power plant, according to @Belsat_TV. Lieutenant Colonel Andrei Reutsky of the KGB’s Homel region department died in the incident, which occurred in the Naroulia district.
