Russia could earn up to $10B from relaxed oil sanctions

Moscow could earn up to $10 billion from the U.S. decision to relax sanctions on Russian oil, Vladyslav Vlasiuk, the President’s Representative on Sanctions Policy, told hromadske. Urals crude, the benchmark for Russian oil, has risen to around $90 per barrel.
