Prince Harry, the Duke of Sussex, delivered a speech at the Kyiv Security Forum. He made an unannounced visit to Kyiv, during which he met with Ukrainian soldiers, including defenders who had suffered serious injuries. Harry opened his speech with the famous words of his mother.
