Commemorations of the Night of the Shot Poets took place in more than 20 countries, from Brazil to Georgia. It was the night in 1937: more than 100 intellectuals were shot by the NKVD in Minsk. We can't be in #Belarus but we remember. It is our history that unites us even in exile.
