Ukraine's Security Service (SBU) and the National Police have detained a 21-year-old suspect in connection with the terrorist attack in Bucha, Kyiv Oblast. The local was reportedly recruited online by Russian intelligence services, according to Prosecutor General Ruslan Kravchenko and the SBU.
