Valeri Zaluzhnyi, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, reported that an entire 74th motorized rifle brigade from Russia surrendered near Chernihiv. He posted a picture of the brigade's commander. Apparently, they were sent to Ukraine from military exercises.
