A strike was carried out against the Atlas oil depot in Russia's Rostov Oblast in the early hours of November 29. The attack resulted in a fire on the facility's premises, with at least two separate ignition points reported. It is worth noting that this oil depot was already targeted by Ukrainian defense forces earlier this summer.
