The Ukrainian attack on the Unecha oil pumping station resulted in the complete destruction of the 110 kV Vysoke substation and the interruption of its power supply. The Unecha substation is a critical hub for oil transit via the Druzhba oil pipeline to Ust-Luga, the main export terminal.
