Ukrainian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Tykhy announced three principled positions of Ukraine regarding the peace plan: Ukraine will never recognize Crimea or any other part of its territory as Russian; It will not agree to restrictions on its Armed Forces and defense capabilities.
