Ukraine hit a record number of Russian oil refineries in November, Bloomberg reports. The Ukrainian Armed Forces struck Russian oil refineries at least 14 times during the month—more than ever before. Additionally, four attacks were recorded on oil-loading infrastructure in the Black Sea.
