Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov arrives in North Korea, Russian media reports. At a meeting with North Korean leader Kim Jong-un, the parties discussed the war in Ukraine and the situation on the Korean Peninsula. Lavrov also thanked Kim Jong-un for sending North Korean troops.
