The building of the EU mission in Ukraine was damaged as a result of a massive Russian strike, according to Ukrainian Foreign Minister Sybiha. The attack on diplomats constitutes a direct violation of the Vienna Convention. Ukraine remains in solidarity with its allies and is ready to support them.
