The General Staff of Ukraine has clarified the consequences of the strike on the Kirishi Oil Refinery — one of Russia’s largest oil refineries. The key primary oil processing units have been damaged: ELOU-AVT-2 and ELOU-AVT-6, as well as the petroleum bitumen production facility.
