Reuters reports that operations at the Novoshakhtinsk Oil Refinery in Russia's Rostov Oblast have been suspended due to equipment damage following an attack on December 25, 2025. Both primary processing units have been shut down; the plant is one of the largest suppliers of petroleum products.
