Ukraine is actively negotiating maritime and air security with Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Jordan, Turkey, Syria, Oman, Kuwait, and Bahrain. It is also seeking engagement with Iraq and exploring cooperation with countries in the Caucasus, East, and Southeast Asia.
