Russian missiles destroyed entire floors of residential buildings in Ternopil, in western Ukraine, killing 25 people. Rescuers found some bodies near the houses after the blast wave threw them out of their apartments. Many Ukrainians fled the war in the east and sought safety in Ternopil.
