We congratulate Ales Bialiatski, the Russian human rights organization Memorial, and the Ukrainian Center for Civil Liberties. The 2022 Nobel Peace Prize recognizes their tireless work in the name of human rights, peace, and freedom. This is a message of hope for the entire world.
