BTW, the monkey-faced Lavrov said yesterday that Russia will not negotiate to end the war unless Ukraine gives up its sovereignty and its intent to reclaim its territories. So that's it, Donald—Russia doesn't want to end the war, and Ukraine will fight on until victory.
