In Kharkiv, the number of victims from the Russian attack has risen to 35, including five children. Thirteen citizens were hospitalized, with one teenage girl in critical condition, the mayor reported. Two Ukrainians—a man and a woman—died as a result of the massive Russian-Iranian strike.
