Due to hostilities and shelling of energy infrastructure, consumers in Odesa, Dnipropetrovsk, Sumy and Zaporizhia regions are without power this morning. The situation in Odesa remains difficult – damage to equipment from shelling and adverse weather conditions have made the situation worse.
