Ukrainian forces have been confirmed in the eastern parts of Kup'yansk. They are operating on the east side of the Oskil River. I don't know if the area is still contested or has been liberated, but one of the videos shows a vehicle with a Ukrainian IFF (Identification Friend or Foe) marker.
