Russian aviation dropped a half-ton FAB-500 aerial bomb on Khartsyzk (under DPR control since 2014). The bomb hit a residential area and buried itself in the ground. They have been trying to dig it out for a month, digging up the street, disrupting utilities, and now residents have neither sewage nor water. The Russian World has arrived.
