Why, Mr. President, haven't our Armed Forces destroyed the leaders of Donetsk & Luhansk occupied areas? Why have Leonid Pasechnik & Denis Pushilin been allowed to enjoy the spoils of war while causing extreme suffering to Ukrainians for so many years? These are obvious targets.
