Today, @DeptofDefense announced that it will provide an additional 18 HIMARS to #UAarmy. Is the fear of getting clubbed by a policeman greater than the fear of being torn to pieces by HIMARS – the chance of which has just grown significantly. Ukrainians will never understand.
