Aiden “Johnny” Aslin (aka @cossackgundi) is a UK citizen who joined the Ukrainian marines. I met him weeks before Russia’s new invasion just north of Mariupol and kept in touch. After weeks of brave, fierce fighting, he and other marines around the SE city have had to surrender.
