My fave Ukraine thing today is definitely watching @klopotenko_chef on Insta live cooking borscht with Ukrainian soldiers at the frontline. Ievgen’s restaurant 100 rokiv tomu vpered is one of the very best. But I think even he’d agree on battlefield borscht FTW.
