1. Russia's "referendums" were shams. No "vote" can happen under Russian occupation.
2. Crimea was land of Crimean Tatars long before Russian Empire. Krushchev legally transferred Crimea to Ukraine in USSR. Crimea voted freely in 1991 to remain Ukraine; int'lly recognized as such
