In a surprise visit to Kyiv today, @SecBlinken said the Biden administration will provide $2 billion in long-term military financing to Ukraine and 18 neighbors — on top of the $675 million package also announced today by @SecDef. Total US aid to Ukraine under Biden = $15.2B.
