1/ Units from Russia's 'Afrika Korps' are reportedly to be withdrawn from Africa and sent to Russia's Belgorod region on the border with Ukraine. Its organiser, GRU Lieutenant General Andrei Averyanov, is said to be under a cloud for failing to achieve his goals in Africa.
