I'm amazed how quickly this went from: 'It's a Russian narrative that Zelenskyi wants to fire Zaluzhnyi; there is no friction, everything is great' to: 'Zaluzhnyi had to go, he did not live up to expectations, Syrskyi is great, he was successful in 2015 and in Bakhmut.
