A drone has damaged a high-rise building in Odesa, resulting in a fire, according to the Odesa Regional Military Administration (RMA). "Specialists are on-site. Data on casualties is being clarified. The attack is still ongoing! Odesa residents and regional inhabitants, I strongly urge you: stay in shelters and do not neglect safety!" wrote Oleh Kiper, head of the Odesa RMA.
