In Chechnya, the headquarters of the 70th Guards Motor Rifle Regiment burned down, with all documents inside the building in the town of Shali. Parked cars nearby were also damaged. An official statement from the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Chechen Republic has not yet been released.
