The Anti-Corruption Court for the third time refused to impose a preventive measure on the head of the Antimonopoly Committee, Kyrylenko, media report. The hearing was postponed to August 28, according to Suspilne. Kyrylenko is suspected of illegal enrichment exceeding 56 million hryvnias and false asset declaration.
