Ten civilians were injured in the shelling of Kharkiv with D-30 ammunition. Four were hospitalized, including one man in critical condition, reported Oleg Sinegubov, head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration. Strikes were recorded in the Shevchenkivskyi and Kholodnohirskyi districts.
