MSEC will be abolished starting December 31, as per Zelensky's implementation of the National Security and Defense Council's decision. This is stated in the decree published on the Office of the President's website. Over the next three months, decisions made by MSEC regarding disability status for officials will be reviewed, and any unjustified rulings will be revised. A plan will be developed within two weeks.
