Lt. Gen. Pavlo Tkachenko has been dismissed from his position as head of the Sagaydachny Academy in Lviv. During the president's visit to Lviv, the defense minister reported to the head of state on the results of an audit by the Main Inspection regarding the academy's operations and the numerous violations uncovered there.
