NATO Representation in Ukraine to be headed by Patrick Turner.
He was appointed by Alliance Secretary General Stoltenberg.
Turner will coordinate NATO's efforts and provide the Alliance with his assessment and advice on the situation in Ukraine. He will start working in Kyiv from September.
