In Ukraine, the conscription of partially fit men aged 18-25 has been suspended, according to lawmaker Honcharenko. A directive from the Land Forces Command to Operational Commands and Territorial Recruitment Centers (116/2/1/21409 dated 09.19.2024) states in point 1 that men aged 18 to 25 are not to be conscripted. This directive was issued on September 19, 2024.
