Unknowns planted a bomb in a carriage of the Kyiv metro at 'Arsenalna', media report. 'Due to technical reasons, the Dnipro metro station is closed to entry and exit for passengers. Trains are passing through the station without stopping. We will provide further updates on the resumption of normal service at the Dnipro station.'
