Putin will not travel to Turkey for the negotiations. The Russian dictator has approved the delegation for the talks in Turkey. Among the representatives of the killers are Volodymyr Medynskyi, Mykhailo Haluzin, Ihor Kostiukov, and Oleksandr Fomin.
