Due to a Russian attack in Chernihiv, most boilers have stopped operating, leaving parts of the city without hot water. According to the city council, after yesterday's strike on the energy infrastructure, operational staff from the 'Oblteplokomunenergo' enterprise restarted six boilers in areas where they had been shut down.
