According to locals (even before yesterday’s strikes), Russia stopped allowing even buses to cross the dam. Light vehicles were still seen, but as I mentioned, that was only before yesterday’s strikes. However, the concerning part is that Russian trucks were spotted on the Antonovsky Bridge this morning.
