31 killed, 140 wounded in Russian missile attack across Ukraine
As of 3 p.m., 31 people were killed and about 140 others were wounded in a massive Russian missile attack in Ukraine, reported Interior Minister Ihor Klymenko. 20 people have been killed in Kyiv and 11 in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, namely in Kryvyi Rih and Dnipro.
