On April 19, Russia shelled the Kutsurub community in Mykolaiv Oblast with artillery. One person was killed and two wounded, regional governor Vitaliy Kim reported. The shelling killed an elderly woman and wounded her husband. A 14-year-old boy was wounded and hospitalized.
