Chernihiv hit by missile strike: 18 dead, 77 injured
Eighteen people have been killed and 77 wounded in Chernihiv after a Russian missile strike on the morning of April 17, according to the State Emergency Service. Four children were among the wounded, rescuers said. Three people were rescued from the rubble, and rescue operations are ongoing.
