Sitting in Kharkiv, enjoying a coffee, knowing that a missile could kill me at any moment. The Governor told me Ukraine only has a few Patriot systems that cover Kyiv. Nothing in Kharkiv. Why can’t we move a couple from the Polish border? Russia isn’t going to bomb Poland (yet).
