Prosecutor General: Russia has used 24 North Korean missiles in Ukraine. Russia reportedly carried out 12 attacks against 7 Ukrainian oblasts with these weapons. Some 14 civilians were killed and 70 were injured in these strikes, Andrii Kostin said.
