The NYT is reporting that Ukraine & the Pentagon have developed a bold new military plan for 2024 & the Pentagon is sending Lt General Antonio Aguto, who directs support for Ukraine from a base in Germany, to Kyiv. The general will work directly with Ukraine's military leaders.
