Lyman after liberation: damaged buildings, residents in basements, roaming pets
This is the drive into Lyman in eastern Ukraine. It was occupied by Russia for months before being retaken in September by Ukrainian forces. Every building is damaged. Incredibly, people are still here—living in basements & cooking outside. And there are a lot of pets roaming. pic.twitter.com/glPNt05rNc

Setting up feeding stations for hungry dogs and cats in Lyman
After a morning run to the Kramatorsk hardware store, we setup these points in Lyman where dogs & cats can come eat. One is at the hospital where Russian occupiers lived & will serve as a humanitarian hub. The other is in a residential area filled with cats. All were so hungry.👇 pic.twitter.com/n7jApiAv6S
